Guillaume joined Alter Domus in October 2017 and is Country Executive Belgium. Guillaume is primarily responsible for leading the team in Belgium and growing the business in the region whilst continuing to expand the firm’s vertically integrated service offering.

In his own words, Guillaume says that his enjoyment of learning and encountering new situations and new people constantly pushes him forward. In this regard, his many business and personal travels (numerous assignments and conferences abroad, as well as a six-month detachment as International Tax Manager at Deloitte Johannesburg) have enabled him to develop great listening skills while accumulating a vast amount of experience in international tax matters.

Guillaume is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and Tax Advisers, holder of a degree in law (UCL), a diploma specialising in fiscal law (ULB) and a master's in financial management (Solvay), over a period of 10 years, Guillaume Blauwart carved out a career for himself at Deloitte, where he achieved a high level of expertise working first with the audit department and then in Tax & Legal as Senior Manager Corporate Tax.
