He has acquired extensive experience in particular in franchise, agency and concession agreements, real estate law, contract law, and sports law. He actively and enthusiastically practices alternative dispute resolution methods. He is an accredited civil and commercial mediator appointed by the courts.
He is also an arbitrator regularly appointed by CEPANI, C-SAR (the Belgian arbitration center for the sports sector), CBAS (the Belgian Court of Arbitration for Sport), as well as in ad hoc arbitration proceedings.
He pursued an academic career for many years at the Université Libre de Bruxelles. He contributes to various publications and regularly speaks at conferences and colloquia.
